چکیده
Aim: To evaluate the bottom/top hardness ratio (B/T) and dentin bonding stability of conventional bulk-fill resin composites in high c-factor preparations. Methods: Regular (Tetric N-Ceram – TNC, Polofil Supra PFS), regular Bulk fill TBF, Admira Fusion X-tra AFX), low viscosity N-flow TNF, Base XTB) were used to restore 180 conical The specimens randomly distributed 12 groups (n = 15) according storage time-points (24 h six months) tested. After 24 storage, all subjected analysis. Then, push-out bond strength test was performed half other maintained for months on water before testing. failure modes analyzed a stereomicroscopic. data statistically using one- two-way ANOVA Tukey post-test (p <0.05). Results: There no significant differences among (p>0.05). Regardless timepoint, showed highest values (p<0.05). Only lower at six-month Adhesive failures more predominant low-viscosity composites. Conclusion: Although DoC not affected by different materials tested, only did present loss after storage.

Effect of resin thickness, and curing time on the micro-hardness of bulk-fill resin composites
BACKGROUND Bulk-fill resin composite has been introduced, their manufacturers claimed that they can be applied in bulks of 4mm, without necessitating a prolonged curing time, or a light curing unit with increased irradiance. Thus this study was conducted to evaluate the effect of resin thickness, and curing time on the micro-hardness of two bulk -fill resin composites; Tetric Evo-Ceram [TE], an...

The aim of this study was to evaluate the bond strengths of composite restorations made with different filler amounts and resin composites that were photoactivated using a light-emitting diode (LED). Thirty bovine incisors were selected, and a conical cavity was prepared in the facial surface of each tooth. All preparations were etched with Scotchbond Etching Gel, the Adper Scotchbond Multipurp...
متن کاملComparing the Microleakage of Bulk-Fill (flowable, packable) Composite Restorations and Conventional Light-cured Composites
Introduction and aim: Bulk Fill composites have increased polymerization depth and their contraction stress, and cuspal deflection are reduced in comparison with conventional composites. Therefore, it is claimed that their microleakage is reduced. The aim of this study was to compare microleakage of (flowable and packable) Bulk Fill and conventional resin composites. Materials and Methods: Thi...
متن کاملMicrotensile bond strength of bulk-fill restorative composites to dentin
BACKGROUND To facilitate the easier placement of direct resin composite in deeper cavities, bulk fill composites have been introduced. The Mechanical stability of fillings in stress bearing areas restored with bulk-fill resin composites is still open to question, since long term clinical studies are not available so far. Thus, the objective of the study was to evaluate and compare the microtens...
